What if I’m in a different time zone? 

All advertised course times from 7th October 2025 to 6th April 2026 are scheduled in Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) otherwise known as GMT+11. From 6th April 2026 scheduled times are Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) or GMT+10. Convert for your time zone here. If you require training during a more convienient time zone for you, please do get in touch. We have team members in the UK who can discuss options with you. 

What if I am not tech savvy? 

As long as you have access to a phone or computer, you will have no problems. Our online courses require a working laptop, desktop or smart device with good internet connection. Bring your headset. Let us know before hand if you require assistance and we are happy to provide a tech-check session for support and insider tips. 

What if I can’t make a training session, do you offer recordings? 

Our courses are designed to be interactive and with plenty of discussion, so we don’t offer recordings. If you can’t make the advertised date, get in touch with us.
