It’s been an amazing month for I2S with recognition at home and further afield for our world-leading work.
Most recently, the team has been nominated for the ANU Vice-Chancellor’s Award for Influential Impact and Engagement for the University.
This award recognises and encourages excellence for work or research which has influenced and enhanced the profile and reputation of the University through outreach, media engagement and/or public policy activities and by acknowledging the contribution that research makes to the economy, society, environment or culture, beyond the contribution to academic research.
‘Since 2017 we’ve been working to build the world’s first evidence based to assist the infrastructure sector to work more effectively with communities and to increase the value of the projects they deliver. It’s wonderful to see that work starting to bear fruit across industry and for this to be recognised by our university leadership,” Professor Sara Bice said.
